Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support our DIY business and help meet sales and service objectives. This role requires basic knowledge of automotive parts, store systems, and inventory processes, with the ability to source from multiple channels and assist customers with service tasks.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Basic automotive knowledge and parts knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of store systems and parts lookup processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
