Qualifications

• Speak and write English; read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends; deliver great customer experiences.
• Ability to source parts from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.
• Basic automotive system knowledge and basic part knowledge.

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and on the phone.

• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes.
