Job summary

Qualifications

2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
Speak and write English (Spanish a plus) and communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
Use basic math accurately to compute totals and change
Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings and weekends
Basic driving/navigation skills and safe driving practices

Responsibilities

Provide excellent selling experiences for DIY customers in-store and over the phone
Achieve personal sales goals and help the store meet overall sales targets
Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper changes
Maintain store product presentation and inventory standards
Handle inventory processes including receiving, cycle counts, back stock and truck put away
Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
