Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Nolensville, TN is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business. You’ll gain knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts, and inventory processes while assisting customers in-store and by phone.

Responsibilities include driving sales, providing DIY services, stocking, and maintaining store standards; flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and possibly full- or part-time hours.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic driving and navigation ability, ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock
