Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Virginia seeks an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales objectives. You will help customers in-store and by phone, perform basic car‑care services, and maintain inventory and store operations.

This role requires reliable communication, basic parts knowledge, and flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with training on store systems and parts lookup.

Formación

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Basic automotive knowledge and parts knowledge.
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
