Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, delivering superior customer experiences.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge and willingness to learn store inventory processes.
• Ability to use store systems and POS for parts lookup and sales transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall targets.
• Offer DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and support inventory processes.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed and keep work areas clean.
