Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Minnesota is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY customer base and achieve sales objectives. The role requires good knowledge of store systems, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to source parts from multiple channels.

Part-time or full-time position with opportunities to perform battery and wiper installations. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of sales experience, are comfortable with inventory tasks, and can work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet sales targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installation.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes: truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
