Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Salesperson to support the DIY business in Rosemount, MN. The role combines customer service with basic automotive knowledge, store systems, and parts lookup to meet sales and service objectives.

Position can be full-time or part-time, requiring flexibility for days, evenings and weekends. Safety and inventory processes are part of the daily routine, with opportunities to learn and grow within a nationwide automotive retailer.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
• Basic driving and navigation ability
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Fleet safety certification preferred
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock, etc.
