Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and via phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet overall targets.
• Provide DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.).
• Maintain store product and operational standards; assist with inventory processes (put away, cycle counts, back stock).
• Ensure store cleanliness and general stocking; safely deliver parts as needed.
