Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales goals.

The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers. The position can be part time or full time, with responsibilities spanning customer assistance, service delivery (battery installs, tests, wipers), inventory control, and maintaining product standards.

Qualifications

2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
Basic knowledge of store systems and automotive parts.
Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Fleet safety certification preferred.

Responsabilités

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals
Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
Maintain store product and operational standards
Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock
Store cleanliness and general stocking
Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
