Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and suppliers.

• Customer service focus for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Sales experience and ability to meet personal and store goals.
• Basic automotive knowledge and parts sourcing from multiple channels.
• English language with Spanish as a plus; able to read safety docs and manuals.

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness and stocking; deliver parts to customers as needed.
