Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively with customers, peers and management.
• Read safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and manuals.
• Use basic math in all units of measure with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Provide DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts and back stock.
