Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales/service objectives. The role requires basic automotive part knowledge, inventory skills, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and external suppliers.

The position can be part-time or full-time, with duties including battery and wiper installations, inventory management, and customer assistance. Prior retail sales experience is preferred, and fleet safety certification is a plus.

Formación

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic driving and navigation ability.
• Ability to source parts from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers.
• Knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes.
• Fleet safety certification preferred.
• Spoken/written English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness and general stocking; safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
