Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Salesperson to support our DIY customers. The role covers battery services, basic part knowledge, and excellent customer interactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.
• Basic automotive system knowledge and part knowledge.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency with inventory and store equipment.
• English language with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Inventory responsibilities: truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
