Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.

The position can be part-time or full-time and involves assisting customers, performing simple DIY services, and maintaining inventory and store standards. Fleet safety certification is preferred.

Qualificações

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Use basic math for transactions and inventory counts.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Meet personal sales goals and help store achieve targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
