Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry level Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales/service objectives. The role requires basic store systems knowledge, automotive part knowledge, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

It may be part time or full time, with fleet safety certification preferred. You will drive customer satisfaction through excellent service, help the store achieve its sales goals, and handle inventory tasks while ensuring a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic driving and navigation ability; able to operate delivery board system.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance procedures; use math for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery and wiper installations.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes.
• Safely deliver parts to customers when needed.
