Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires store systems knowledge, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and suppliers.

Position can be part-time or full-time. Fleet safety certification preferred. Responsibilities include providing DIY services and maintaining inventory and store standards, with opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic retail

Formación

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.
• Basic math skills and ability to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Hit personal sales goals and help the store meet its targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory including truck put away, cycle counts and back stock.
