Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and hit sales/service goals. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

Responsibilities include providing excellent service to DIY customers, achieving personal sales targets, and performing basic services like battery installation and wiper replacements, while maintaining inventory and store standards.

Formación

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals, parts catalogs, and procedures.
• Use basic math for transactions and stock checks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and on the phone.
• Meet personal sales goals and support store-wide targets.
• Offer DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes.
• Safely deliver parts to customers when needed.
