Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge and ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers.
• Ability to operate inventory systems and store equipment.
• Experience using POS and parts lookup systems.
• Basic math and reading comprehension for safety rules and catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall targets.
• Conduct DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and inventory processes.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed and manage back stock.
