Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and on the phone.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and support service objectives.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Keep store clean and organized and safely deliver parts when needed.
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems and use the delivery board system.
