Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry level Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet our sales and service objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.

The position can be part time or full time, with fleet safety certification preferred. You will provide DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs, and you will maintain inventory and store

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus) with strong customer communication.
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Basic math for transactions and inventory work.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers by visits and calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet its sales targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store inventory and operating standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, stock, and back stock.
