Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support our DIY customers and help achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires basic knowledge of store systems, parts and automotive systems, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Basic math for operations and transactions.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers via in-store visits and calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals; support DIY services (battery installation, wiper installs).
• Maintain inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock and locations.
• Keep store clean including floors, bathrooms, and facing; assist with general stocking.
