Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus
• Communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals, parts catalogs
• Basic math in all units of measure
• Ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets
• Provide DIY services such as battery installations and wiper installs
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock
