Advance Auto Parts in Maryland seeks an entry level Salesperson to support the DIY business, assist customers, and drive sales. You will use store systems, basic automotive knowledge, and source parts from stores and external suppliers, while maintaining inventory and store standards.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

• Basic math and ability to use store systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers via in-store visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installs and wiper replacements.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
