Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support our DIY customers and contribute to store sales. The role involves basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and duties such as battery installations, wiper replacements, and inventory handling.

Part-time or full-time compensation will suit the needs of the store and expects weekend availability. Applicants should have 2-3 years of sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with delivery

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers visiting the store and on the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach its sales targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, and related tasks.
