Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus) and communicate effectively with customers, peers and management.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, parts catalogs and procedures.
• Use basic math accurately for transactions and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Assist in DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain inventory standards and handle stock, cycle counts and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts and keep store areas clean and organized.
