Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a qualified Retail Parts Pro to support advanced functions of the DIY business. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and diagnostic processes, with the ability to source from multiple channels and manage inventory effectively.

The position is full-time and includes responsibilities such as assisting customers in-store and over the phone, performing DIY services, and meeting sales/service targets while upholding safety and store

Qualifications

• Must possess strong GAS2 selling experience and knowledge of store systems.
• Excellent customer service and ability to manage DIY services.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and diagnostics is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Handle key holder responsibilities including opening/closing duties.
