Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a full-time Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY business functions. This role requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and service processes, with responsibilities including troubleshooting, selling, and managing DIY services on-site.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, inventory awareness, and the ability to operate POS and parts lookup systems, while meeting personal and store sales objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Able to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
