Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions, with expert store system knowledge and automotive parts expertise. The role involves sourcing from multiple channels, exploring diagnostics, and maintaining inventory accuracy while providing exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time position. The candidate will handle parts lookup, operate POS and inventory systems, and assist with safety and store appearance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
