Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY customer needs with expert parts knowledge and store system proficiency. The role emphasizes selling, service quality, and inventory handling within a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities include DIY service execution (battery tests, wiper installs), identifying parts sources, and maintaining a safe, organized store environment. ASE P2 certification or readiness is preferred.

Formación

• Understanding of automotive systems and parts lookup.
• Strong communication and sales skills with customers.
• Ability to locate and stock parts and manage inventory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder tasks such as opening/closing and safety duties.
• Support inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
