Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our team in the United States. This full-time role combines expert store systems knowledge and advanced automotive parts expertise to assist DIY customers, both in-store and by phone.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of auto parts experience, strong sales ability, and ASE readiness. The role includes key holder duties, inventory tasks, and a commitment to high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Able to read safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Willing to work weekends and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness and upkeep of floors, bathrooms, and parking lot.
• Operate inventory systems and POS and parts lookup systems.
