Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring for a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions in a full-time store role in the United States. The position requires knowledge of automotive parts, strong customer service, and capability to operate store systems and inventory processes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver’s license, and ASE certification is preferred. The role includes cross-functional responsibilities and occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• ASE certification preferred but not required
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock
