Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Lodi, NJ is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and assist customers with parts and automotive knowledge. This full-time role requires selling, inventory awareness, and handling DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.

Strong communication and basic math skills are essential, along with experience using store systems and POS. A valid driver's license and ASE certification preferred, Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, opening/closing duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock).
• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, etc.).
