Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro in Flemington, NJ. This role supports advanced DIY services, sources parts, and uses store systems to assist customers with automotive needs.

You will handle battery installations, tests, wiper installs, and related services while helping maintain inventory and store standards. The position requires 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, strong product knowledge, and the ability to read safety rules, manuals, and catalogs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, manuals, parts catalogs.
• Must be able to use inventory systems, POS and parts lookup systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Assist in store inventory processes and maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including safety, open/close tasks.

Education

ASE certification preferred, but not required

Valid driver's license
