Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge in our U.S. stores. The role demands strong automotive parts expertise and excellent customer service.

You will troubleshoot, source parts from multiple channels, and assist customers in selecting the right components. ASE certification is preferred, and a valid drivers license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Valid driver's license
• ASE certification preferred
• Ability to operate store inventory systems
• Successful completion of Parts Knowledge Assessment

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
