Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong knowledge of store systems and parts lookup processes.
• Ability to read and interpret safety instructions, parts catalogs and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities including task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes and maintain store cleanliness.
• Operate inventory systems and parts lookup tools effectively.
