Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States. The role combines expert store systems knowledge with advanced automotive parts knowledge to assist DIY customers both in-store and by phone.

You will perform battery and wiper services, source parts from multiple channels, and maintain inventory with safety and service quality as top priorities. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts sales experience, ASE certification preferred, and strong communication

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience with proven sales ability.
• Must have valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to read safety rules, parts catalogs and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Handle key holder duties including safety, open/close tasks.
