Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY sales in our United States stores. The role demands expert knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and store operations, including inventory and POS usage. The candidate should have 3–5 years of parts experience, ASE preferred, and solid English communication.

Responsibilities include high-quality customer service, achieving sales goals, performing DIY services, and acting as a key holder for opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Excellent English communication.
• Ability to operate inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including counts and back stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize supplies.
• Provide DIY services and parts sourcing.
