Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert parts knowledge and assist DIY customers in-store and by phone, driving sales while maintaining high service standards.

The role includes battery installation, testing, wiper installs, inventory accuracy, and availability as a key holder with open/close duties. 3–5 years of experience and ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
