Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions with expert knowledge of store systems, parts, and automotive diagnostics. The role centers on delivering GAS2 selling experiences to customers in-store and by phone.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, managing DIY services, and upholding high standards of service and store presentation. ASE certification is preferred, valid driver’s license required, and 3–5 years of parts experience expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of store inventory and ability to use inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance; perform key holder duties.
