Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert parts knowledge and top-tier customer service in a busy store environment. The role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and strong ability to source parts and use store inventory systems.

Responsibilities include performing DIY services, meeting sales goals, maintaining store standards, and supporting inventory activities. Valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and strong customer service.
• Ability to locate and stock parts and use inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
