Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert knowledge on automotive parts and store systems, support DIY customers, and drive sales.

The role requires strong product knowledge, a focus on customer service, and the ability to manage store operations as a key holder. Candidates should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and customer service focus.
• Experience with inventory management and store operations.
• ASE certification preferred; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
