Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro. This full-time role combines parts knowledge with advanced customer service, servicing DIY customers, and performing battery and wiper installations.

You will operate store systems, assist with inventory, maintain cleanliness, and share responsibility for opening/closing tasks. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of parts experience, strong selling skills, and familiarity with POS/parts lookup systems; ASE certification is a plus and a valid

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• ASE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
