Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our team. This role combines deep parts knowledge with advanced automotive system understanding to assist DIY customers in-store and by phone.

You will handle parts lookup, inventory tasks, and DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements while maintaining top customer service and store appearance. A valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of parts catalogs and system lookups.
• Proficient with automotive diagnostic tools and terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Meet personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties: task assignment, safety, opening/closing.
• Assist inventory: truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems; source from multiple channels.
