Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert automotive parts knowledge, assist customers in-store and by phone, and drive high service standards. You will handle advanced parts lookup, inventory tasks, and DIY service support in a busy retail setting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of parts experience, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification is preferred. This full-time role requires flexible days and weekend availability to meet store goals and customer

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Valid driver's license required; ASE certification preferred
• Ability to service DIY customers and explain parts and installation

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installations
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (opening/closing duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock
