Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY sales. You will leverage store systems and automotive knowledge to assist customers in person and over the phone, while maintaining store standards and inventory control.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of parts experience, strong communication, and a valid driver's license; ASE certification is a plus. This is a full-time in-store position with flexible daytime hours.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and customer service focus.
• ASE certification preferred or ready equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes and keep store clean and organized.
