Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and advanced store systems. You will drive GAS2 selling, handle battery testing and installation, and help maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills in English. ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, not required.
• English required; Spanish a plus.
• Experience with safety rules and store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties: tasks, safety, opening/closing.
