Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced automotive knowledge in-store and deliver GAS2 selling experiences to DIY customers. You will help achieve sales goals, handle DIY services such as battery installations and testing, and maintain excellent customer service and store presentation.

The role is full-time and requires 3–5 years of parts experience with ASE readiness preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
