Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics to assist customers accurately.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, and parts catalogs; write simple notes.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus; strong communication with customers and team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel for reports and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high customer service standards and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties: opening/closing, safety, task assignment.
