Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Ability to sell and fulfill customer transactions.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Perform key holder tasks (opening/closing, safety).
• Assist in inventory: cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Keep floors, bathrooms, and parking lot clean.
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems; diagnose basic DIY issues.
